Roma fondò una Civiltà immortale che trovò il consenso di genti lontane e opposte, elevandosi dai confini territoriali o religiosi, e la via Romana vuole scavare nella storia per riscoprire i valori di quei uomini che diedero vita a tutto questo.


A fronte degli innumerevoli orientalismi dilaganti nella nostra società, la Tradizione Romana può essere la risposta alle mille domande che la contemporaneità si pone, rendendo in tal modo perfettamente attuale l'antica Religio dei nostri Fathers.

Dalla lettera di san Paolo apostolo ai Romani
Fratelli, come a causa di un solo uomo il peccato è entrato nel mondo e, con il peccato, la morte, così in tutti gli uomini si è propagata la morte, poiché tutti hanno peccato.
Fino alla Legge infatti c’era il peccato nel mondo e, anche se il peccato non può essere imputato quando manca la Legge, la morte regnò da Adamo fino a Mosè anche su quelli che non avevano peccato a somiglianza della trasgressione di Adamo, il quale è figura di colui che doveva venire.
Ma il dono di grazia non è come la caduta: se infatti per la caduta di uno solo tutti morirono, molto di più la grazia di Dio, e il dono concesso in grazia del solo uomo Gesù Cristo, si sono riversati in abbondanza su tutti. E nel caso del dono non è come nel caso di quel solo che ha peccato: il giudizio infatti viene da uno solo, ed è per la condanna, il dono di grazia invece da molte cadute, ed è per la giustificazione. Infatti se per la caduta di uno solo la morte ha regnato a causa di quel solo uomo, molto di più quelli che ricevono l’abbondanza della grazia e del dono della giustizia regneranno nella vita per mezzo del solo Gesù Cristo.

"Jesus was led by the Spirit in the desert. " Lent is the time in the desert, but a desert illuminated by the Spirit. Of a desert so fertile, not sterile, because the Spirit gives life (cf. Jn 6:63). A time of grace, then, because time of rebirth and new life, real life.
But to be reborn you must first agree to die. That is why the desert "to be tempted by the devil." To relive must look death in the face, and he who has the power of death, the devil "(cf. Heb 2.14). Each of us - more or less consciously - it brings in a death instinct undermines the way and makes it at times tortuous, gloomy, full of anguish. Each of us somewhere inside himself is vulnerable. The devil knows. And there sinks the knife of temptation.
This happens every day, all we experience. The "many falls" of which Paul speaks is not so much those of the vast multitude of people is the humanity of all time, but our personal "many falls." Lent is the time to look seriously to face them with courage. The desert is this: to confront ourselves, to read our poverty, knowing that when we're alone ... the devil will come and help us! For our hunger for power, there is certainly a word that saves us from idolatry and shows us how to reach the wisdom which is well preferred her to scepter and throne, for his glory will never fade (cf. Sap 7.8 to 10).

Jesus faces the death even now, to defeat the fear of death and prepare for the final decisive battle against the forces of evil, thanks to which we will gain eternal life.
E 'then a matter of life or death.
Adam and Eve looking for life, like all of us: a full life, real life, life that does not pass, that life which is only of God ("You'd be like God ..."). Nothing wrong with that ... But it is wrong way, because, paradoxically, trying to be like God contrary to his command. They go in the opposite direction and so face the pain and death.
Then Jesus, being God, he chose to become man, then to die, to give Adam his divinity and make it truly immortal. It teaches us the right way: follow him, in his death for the dynamics of life.
Let us follow, then, confronting our fears, calling them by name, recognizing the voice of temptation that is in us. But armed with this sword of the infallible Word, which alone can defend and we can help bring victory.
Maybe it will be a hard journey: the desert is not always easy to cross, because it is not easy to come face to face with their own poverty. But the only way to dig into us that space capable of humility to accept "God's grace and gift in the grace of the one man Jesus Christ" and the wilderness, our desert will bloom ... and Easter!

ALICE IN WONDERLAND LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD FAIRY TALE BOOK PROJECT

A new illustration
all staff, inspired by this literary work originally published in 1865 and written by English writer and mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, known by his pseudonym Lewis Carroll .
The book is named, originally, to " Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and so there is also a sequel called " Through the Looking Glass and what Alice found there ".

In the literature, interpretation are varied, the story of Alice, and above all to translate the famous Carroll's book , proved a problem, because the many puns, figures of speech, proverbs, and cited the continued references to British culture, have often brought the fantasy of Italian translators, who have made that each translation represented a book in itself. So how did Emma Cagli and many authors, including Aldo Busi, who wanted to customize and enrich the book with their feelings and by appealing to their own imagination.

Also I wanted to play in my story, wanting to emphasize Alice's dream, where reality tries to merge with dreams, and where dreams, looking out, trying to turn into reality, or at least they try. I think that's our way, and what drives us to go further, looking away ...... I find this to be wonderful .....

Introduzione. La Parola di oggi ci esorta a non essere facili giudici degli altri e ad affidarci un pochino di più ai disegni della Provvidenza di Dio.
  1. Non essere facili giudici degli altri: “ Fratelli, non vogliate giudicare nulla prima del tempo, fino a quando il Signore verrà. Egli metterà in luce i segreti delle tenebre e manifesterà le intenzioni dei cuori> (2ª lettura).
S. Paolo ricorda ai fedeli della cristianità di Corinto, that in fact judgments:
a. Only the Lord is the task of judging the actions of others;
b. no one can replace God in judging others, the more that the Lord reserves to reward or condemn our actions, at the end of our lives.
Since the judge is among the most frequent activities of our intelligence, I think it is appropriate to mention some directions of travel, because our actions do not damage the field of justice and charity. Therefore:

Reflection.

Un proverbio cinese recita:< Quando la notte è così buia, che non riesci a scorgere il tuo naso, sii certo, l’alba è molto vicina>.
  1. Quali i motivi per i quali dobbiamo fidarci di più della Provvidenza? Due motivi:
  2. Metafisico: dal momento, che siamo creature limitate e imperfette, abbiamo sempre bisogno di  è Tutto e possiede tutto: Dio.
