decide to use the new service to submit reports of the AMA: AMA Tell . (I invite you to do so by using this link: http://www.amaroma.it/dillo-ad-ama/ ). On 6/12/2010 I do the reporting and I'll get a prompt email response that says to call the toll-free AMA if the problem is not resolved within 15 days. Well.
of days they spend almost 60 containers and remain there, with their sad short of stench and decay.
ACT II
On 01/02/2011 I call the toll free number to ask for explanations. Listening to music on hold for 10 minutes well as all operators are busy. At the end of an operator, which for convenience we'll call Mario, he replies in perfect Roman that an inspection was done on December 28 and that the containers must be effectively replaced. Well. When? It is not known. They are waiting they get the new bins (where ?!?!). Mario performs a reminder of the report and tells me that within 10 days if nothing happens I can recall.
Thanks Mario. Until next time.
