Comfort Tuna ...

when food becomes relaxing and cooking ... un'antistress

PIC-DSC07327-2
And yes, because in the post nuclear disaster of all dismembered Cattery bricklayers, with the kitchen without walls and exposed pipes in the middle of my handkerchief garden invaded by debris and various other ... and I'm not telling any ... we still eat and then ... miciapallina. kitchen!

cook even amid the bustle of construction workers who throw down the walls ...

... the only ones not affected are the thugs of the house, which seem to enjoy themselves so much between the pieces, the tracks and furniture piled up!
Below, from right to left, the tricolor Mixed, always alert, Dino at the center, lying in the cone of light Ogheddu uragatto and end on the carpet because she is female, the languid Puzzetta!
I swear! I saw with my own eyes groped to seduce a bricklayer by blows of an eye!

cook, in reality, because for me to put the "hands-on" ( term was never more right ) means to relax.
If I could cook for a platoon, and if I win the tiredness, I probably would.

In reality this is not a recipe, in the sense that it is so easy to prepare that I almost ashamed to post it if it were not that is so good that you try it too! And then
healthy , fast well effect, if I may, therefore perfect for the new book "Sweet and Slow " for people like me would love to try a lot of preparations in millimeters and risings of 24 hours, but then comes to terms with the remaining time and just does not fit!

is ... oh well. many ramblings ... but the recipe? ...

Comfort tuna with zucchini pet

PIC-DSC07324-2

What does it take ... apart from a trusted fishmonger, such as that which I have already spoken here, and a special friend like Patrizia che suggerisce le ricette?…

the face of the vegetables "poor"! One
attention, turn it often and do not abandon ... suffer from loneliness and scorch instead of brown!

When the courgettes are cooked, transfer it into a flat and still in the same frying pan greased Cook the slices of tuna that I first "breadcrumbs" at well in sesame tuti from both sides.

PIC-DSC07325-2

Fire also nice to live here, and once a turn and straight into the pot!

As you can see well in the first photo, the inside of the tuna should remain pink ... because even though it looks like a steak that's the trick with fish and the fish is "always " cook a little, so that it retains its scent, does not become stringy and its texture remains "wet" .

Here, less than half an hour, and dinner is served.

Indeed, since now I got the desire, it will be tonight's dinner, and I already know that I will make a happy Gattaccia biped, resident, GrandeGAtto a coincidence!

For now, however, I return to my work, I take away from this little corner of the world untouched by the beloved but neglected my blog and ... very few who still read me a nose kiss special, waiting for the weather improves ...

Romanism

Selezione da “ROMANITÀ”

Pio Filippani Ronconi

Conferenza tenuta presso l’associazione “Fons perennis”

Il fatto che io parli della romanità e, soprattutto, dei Romani dipende dal fatto che si presenta in questo momento, in questo particolare periodo, direi, di marciume, di putrescenza di quelle che sono le strutture anche statuali di una nazione come la nostra, si presenta una urgenza; which is to drink at the wellsprings of our people, our race and our ideas so that they can take not only the incitement - which is quite normal - but take a kind of inner drive within us to act as moral imagination . Moral imagination is to act without preconceived ideas, it's about feeling ...

... what impels me to speak of the Romans is the recognition that the ultimate origin of Rome is truly a mystery. There is not to say "the Romans are a variety of cultures created by the Aryan peoples," this is not enough. Why Aryan peoples of Europe was full. C'avevamo the Celts on the back, beyond the Celts were the Germans, the Illyrians, the Baltoslavi, and so on. Certainly the Umbria had a culture far superior to that of the Romans, even a magical-religious culture deeply divided. A careful reading of the Tables of Gubbio is simply amazed by this wonderful culture to which the inner Earth, Heaven and men formed a unit. It formed a unit that worked.

Now, the Romans are really a kind of strange to say, are an anomaly. Because we at the root of the Roman people are not so much a race as a foedus as a spiritual act, an alliance. Even the traditional stories that tell of Rome report that there were Titii, and the Luceres Ramnes, who had three different people. The Titii were certainly the Umbrian-Sabine, the Ramnes were home, were the Romans, the Etruscans were probably Luceres, inter alia, that Luceres Luchmon has the same root, which is Lucumone.

So we do not have a problem, let's say, Earth's natural ... from this medium is usually out of this plant. The Roman plan is an anomaly. Because the Roman plan while acting and moving with the perfectly normal, but a normal overloaded, has failed to develop proper attitudes their spiritual - let's be clear - ignorance with respect to the people who were close - Etruscan, Umbrian, Greeks - their ignorance made it impossible. It was really a very particular and very special. We can say that the Romans were the sons of destiny. The Romans were born almost a legend. From a legend that has been disputed since antiquity, but has never been demolished. Now made from recent excavations Sant'Omobono Ardea and then elsewhere, Lavinio, we saw that the famous story of Aeneas was true. I myself am very lucky and was a day in the bowels of the Capitol, I found shards of pottery that were virtually Mycenaean. So even before Rome existed. The Roma same name we do not know what that means. Dorian rejected the etymology of force, so Rome could match the greek rheumatism which means the flow of river. Any root. I could also say that Rome is the cry from the Sanskrit root ru, and so on. But there really is a mystery. And the mystery is even deeper, the mystery of the Roman ... In fact, the Romans were of perfectly normal people. They were deeply religious men. We would say, or some would say - I'm pulling out of Aristotle, out of the case - that the Romans were very superstitious. Yes, because they were superstitious, I would say, because among them all that had legacy - eaque supersunt - they had been accolto ed elaborato. No, this is not the important thing. What is important is the fact that what counts is the spirit of the Roman Empire. And above all what counts for us is to find that hidden thread that allows us to connect with the authors of our civilization. Regardless of whether we, then, we personally source Lombards, Goths or or whatever. Being a Roman means to be a spiritual race. It is an act of the spirit of being Roman. An act of the spirit, then, descending into the depths, it permeates the soul. From nous, from spiritus go down in the soul and the soul also shape the body.

is that, at some time later, precisely, one of those changes, changes that are historical, political, racial, and sometimes even climate, at some point c ' was a major reshuffling in the Mediterranean, the eastern area, which was configured almost in the subsequent destruction of the city of Troy. And the collapse, or better said, really, the landslide of this ancient civilization that was overwhelmed by another Indo-European civilization was the Greek civilization. The Greek civilization is still a purely barbaric. The Greeks from the north, were completely naked or half naked, and made fun of the Thracians and Phrygians, as they called them madentes myrrae, which dripped with myrrh, wore trousers and tunic painted on his head. That collapse led to an MRI. A resonance that has come down to our shores. Now many may say "It's just a legend, a fairy tale. The Latin people, the Roman people are naturally formed for commissions, for economic reasons, and so on. " So the so-called natural reasons. But I tell you one thing: nature is the horizontal line, the man is a vertical line. What we grew up on this culture medium is also permissible. But the orientation of Romania and one something totally different, because the human attitude was a Roman guidance to devote space in the first place where he lived, social relations with its con-Romans, the other Quiriti, and above all to be in constant relationship with the gods of 'High and Low of the Gods.

But the symbol is something more. The symbol is virtually the awakening of a magical power. The Romans felt at that moment, the bridge was closed, the gates were closed, the Romans concluded they all felt like a magic circle. They evoke the primordial power of the race, which would show them what they should do.

When the ancient Roman looked at the sky distinguish left from right, south, north, east, west, etc., but does so with a sacred act that is a magic act. There is virtually Adapt souls to a king. There is the inner spirit that is molded and modeled around the world to have. And then this world becomes part of himself. Any of us who stood on the Palatine is or has been many times in our mountains have had a sense of his deep relationship with the spirit of the place. And the spirit of the place is simply to of a small stream that runs down the mountains. And sometimes we feel that this land where our ancestors rest, on which stand the buildings made from them - think of Istria to Dalmatia, which are the most beautiful regions of the Mediterranean, with all those buildings to which we would now become useless give voice - we feel that their outward appearance is part of our inner self.

We have then the image of Rex in which the civil power, were joint military, which was the representative of all these people not naturaliter arose from an animal breed but built for a foedus combined, just done together, met for a given word of loyalty to each other, which determines the space in which it is located. This is the wonderful thing about the Romans: the fact that the Romans conquered the world and calling the leading countries that were conquered. I remember once I had a long conversation with a Latin scholar emeritus, who dabbled course of Roman history, and he told me: "But are not extraordinary that when the Romans arrived, so to speak, Vetralla simultaneously arrived at Anzio. When they arrived, centuries later, in Spain at the same time occupied Dalmatia. When came down in Africa pingitana simultaneously occupied the Asia Minor. " There is this natural growth that indicates an ability to perceive space. Why short people who decided all these nice things, up to and excluding the time of more civil wars, were groups of peasants in the rugged streets of the hands and feet, people's strong, he knew very well that lasts till the soil and dig it to own slaves, ate of the things that made her laugh the Greeks, who was of the people rather crude, primitive and simple but which had the effect of its presence, its power, and had the effect of the Earth.

words, there has always been for the Roman un rapporto fra quella che è la Terra, le potenze ctonie, e il mondo celeste. Ora, considerate che Roman every man carries on his shoulders, in addition to vectigalia and things to eat four or five poles just to make the fence in the evening. Because when the sun went down the reconstructed Roman fort physically. But this was not just to prepare themselves from sudden attacks, how to own the land and consecrate. The plant a pole, the plant, as they say in Latin?, Pacto, pacto just as pactus, was it? The relationship I have with others and with the gods. So the fides, then the world of the Gods. In the field of men that dominates is the ius in the field of the Gods is what dominates the fas. These are the two floors, the earth plane and the celestial plane.

Pax in latino non significa la “pace” e tantomeno significa l’ipocrita anglosassone peace, invocato dai various tyrants that range from India to the heart of Africa. The "peace" means something else: "to stay in relationship with the gods, the pax deorum.

I was not that I come here to do - you see that are not covered in purple, nothing like that - an apology for a period which, in that form, was over. Was it good or evil was in that form was over. I'm not even in astrology that Romulus was right or wrong to kill his brother Remus. But the incident occurred. And the fact has been a fundamental category in which the Romans obeyed until Alaric fino al saccheggio di Roma.

And we must, in some way to give back to them the grace that they have given us. It is necessary to revive our race, because our race has often been mistaken for an animal breed. We are not animals. And even if we had the red man's face or Persian or Polynesian, we are the Romans, because we have first to be born, to be elected Romans. Otherwise we would not be born Romans. And I do not speak of Rome as a city, but I say Rome as spiritual reality. Now recognize that involves three sets of duties.

Constantly keep this inside their own skin, practice, have a particular conduct, disrespect to the easy convenience despise unnecessary luxury, being men refined, but still be men. Maintain the loyalty of the word. And in physical activity to fight.

ie funds, do yourself a solid culture, a culture that is not purely so, transmitted, a solid culture. A culture that allows you to be leaders. If there are ten men and one of you is in the middle, he is the boss. At the same time train yourselves to your body. Think Magnis itineribus, the Roman soldiers who reached in twelve days, the lake of Geneva. Marching. Remember that the Romans brought sixty kilos on his back.

Consider yourself a group of officers, junior officers, because you have this. This is what can revive a seed in this country. This nation is what it is. It is a patchwork of weak and strong. When you put three poles together that are forces, then you can build a Coliseum. What is important is to give birth within Rome Italy. Now, often the birth and development of Rome by Italy meant the destruction of Italy. But is it worth to destroy it if we build something that can withstand the centuries?

Europe and Tradition

Cittadini prima di uno Stato ben preciso quindi, Europeans and later.

We are Italian because Providence would have it were born in a land where an ancient tradition and confirmed centuries before it defines the boundaries and political geography and culture. Precisely because Italians belong to a culture that is peculiar to this land that is the only one who makes that we can define these. In addition we have the privilege - or burden - of being born in the place which was the cradle of the identity of this continent-nation, where the fire burnt for the first spark of the law, tradition and faith on which it rests' s whole of Europe. And not only.

Being Italian is not easy, but it's the most beautiful gift we could possibly happen.

The West is rushing in headlong, and we will go back. But there is a hold, a lifeline: ourselves. Or rather what we were.

a people that does not recognize its origin is not popular, not the nation. And to be able to save us and redeem us with a system that does not work anymore you have to be the People and Nation: You have to look back without stopping to march into the future. Between tradition and revolution.

To be such, to be Italian, you have to identify what is established in our Identity: Rome, the Roman-Italic tradition that is the basis of Italians, of Europe and the Catholicism that he inherited the symbols and the symbols that put his identity.

Italians and - therefore - the Romans (and noble in the highest sense of the term to which Dante himself was referring to and that makes us be both domestic and international), remaking their old thinking, a lifestyle that is based on simple yet established rules, a symbolism that is not exterior but is mystical, a tradition that is driving and Faith.

traditional Roman and Italian then, a body of sacred law, of immortal values, taste for beauty and harmony, virile and virtuous, the civil and civilizing, in which the citizen is identified in a Traditional State active button, a citizen-soldier who is both civilizational and guardian. Be a state where citizens is an almost mystical experience, as the followers of a cult that is the image and outer end in itself but is Communion, a fervent and active brotherhood that is identified in the same values \u200b\u200band shield to shield that marches, putting in second floor staff to lose the individuality - but it is a "find" - a new identity and separate social policy and a tight blockade always ready to improve and enhance the status (or state) where it is.

Customs, which is Italian-enactment of that ancient thought but close, always constant, and that makes people who should be in a nation where the idea is to draw its borders. That is why we must be under the joint auspices of the Rome unconquered basis of our identity, renewing and regenerating power of a state and a company that upgrades and changes because the people have formed their first deepest essence placing the precise objectives and motivated . a cultural revolution.

Europe is going down, and it is up to us, renewed in the Italian tradition, that tradition is in Europe itself, to save all the West through its symbols, its values, who live alone are able to raise a man as a continent to the most noble and right peaks, and make man into Vir, in the citizen-soldier and champion, and a continent in the nation.

PRAEFATIO

La Praefatio inizia sempre con un invocazione a Giano [Cicero, De Natura Deorum , II.67] and Juno [Cato, De Agricultura 134]. According to [Ovidius, Fasti , 6303 seq. ] Vesta can also be invoked as a patron of the home on which bids will be burned.

The Sacerdos must wear a toga (the pretexta is for the judiciary in the public rite) e copre la testa con un lembo della toga stessa o indossa un velo bianco secondo Rito Romano.

Il Sacrificer offre dell’incenso a Giano e recita:

Iano pater, te hoc ture ommovendo bonas preces precor, uti sies volens propitius mihi liberisque meis domo familiaeque meae.

Iuppiter, te hoc ture ommovendo bonas preces precor, uti sies volens propitius mihi liberisque meis domo familiaeque meae.

And you have the incense on the fire.

A plate of tender (patera) of red wine to Janus offers:

" Iano pater, you used ommovendo ture Bonas preces precatus good sum, eiusdem rei ergo MACT esto inferior wine. "

and pour the wine over the fire.

the same for Jupiter

" Jupiter histo ture esto MACT, MACT wine lower ext. "

And the wine sia bruciato.

PRAECATIO

" ____( nome Dio), quod tibi fieri oportet in domo familia mea culignam vini dapi, eius rei ergo macte hac illace dape pollucenda esto. "

IMMOLATIO

However, the blood sacrifices became frequent especially in public, even if exercised in the sphere of private who could afford it. The victim was chosen with care and should also have different characteristics depending on which god was sacrificed: male victims to the Gods and Goddesses females, white for the gods of heaven and hell for blacks, the red and a Volcano Robigo. The pregnant sows to Ceres and Tellus rites for scapegoats, and the pigs in the funeral sacrifices.

The sacrifice of blood requires special preparation: the victim was washed and decorated with ribbons and flowers.

According to the Roman Rite, the victim is consecrated with the wheel sauce (wheat flour roasted with salt originally made by the Vestal Virgins and connected well with the fire of Vesta; the mola salsa is the origin of the word sacrificed o inmolatio, ovvero coperto dalla mola ), e con il vino.

The victim is brought to the altar but if it starts to show signs of panic and abruptly stops his march to be interpreted as a negative and the animal Omen spared: only if the victim is calm and willing, adrenaline and fear away from Her body is good.

larger animals such as cattle are first stunned, while the children directly with their throats cut.

accomplished the murder, the body is turned and the belly open, at which point the Sacrificer Haruspex consult with experts to understand the innards if the victim has been accepted or not by the Deity. The bodies of prefixes that are primarily the liver, as the ancients said, life guards, then the lungs and heart. If the organs do not show any malformation occurred means that the victim has been accepted and you can continue, otherwise you have to start over with a new victim.

innards are designed and offered to the deity on the fire, the rest is reserved for humans who consume meat at the banquet (epulum) after the sacrifice that the gods themselves, on the statues, will take part. Before offering the insides are cooked: boiled those of bovine, ovine and pork cooked on skewers. So covered in salt and wine.

REDDIT

At this stage, the deals are really given to God usually only part of the tenders has been given while the rest is divided among the participants after the sacrifice. Exception when it comes to the underworld because of Gods men can not sit in the same table with the deities who govern death or hell.

If the sacrifice is in honor of a deity, then throws himself into water, or in the sea or a river. In the case of chthonic deities (such as Ceres and Tellus) the offer is simply thrown to the ground or burned in a pit dug on purpose. As for the others, including domestic servants, the deals are thrown into the fire of the hearth. Of course there are variations with regard to the specific deity.

The act of giving is confirmed by the words that once again we find in Cato [Cato, De Agricultura , 132] .

" _____ (name of God), Istace Dapei pollux esto MACT, MACT ____ (please supply) lower esto. "

D’altra parte [ Cicero, De Natura Deorum, II.67 ] dice che Vesta is the last deity to receive the offer during the sacrifice because it governs the sacrificial fire.

PROFANATIO

Usually, if the sacrifice was not in honor of the gods hell, only a portion is donated to the gods and the rest consumed among men, as if human beings were the guests of God to do this you must desecrate the deals before eating, this touches the Sacrificer [Cato, De Agricultura, 132].

EPULUM

After the deals are violated, you can start to eat them in a convivial banquet during which, usually the guests are additional offerings to the gods and asking for favors.
